  The overall accommodations were excellent! 🌟 Ms. Julie at the Emerald counter was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and truly helped make my rental experience even better. 😊✨ The vehicle was spotless, super comfortable, and felt so luxurious—it made the whole trip that much more enjoyable! 🚗💨 When it was time to return the vehicle, the attendant was just as friendly, and the process was quick, smooth, and effortless. 🙌🏾 Because of this wonderful experience, National will definitely be my go-to rental company from now on! 💚 A huge thank you to Ms. Julie and the entire National team at the Norfolk Airport for such outstanding service! 👏🏾✨

  This location at Norfolk airport always has fast service, clean cars, a great selection and most importantly great people, both on the front end and back end. Truly an exceptional team and experience.

  I travel almost every week with National .... absolutely the most unpleasant experience with this particular location every time I fly into Norfolk. Last time - I will simply use another provider when visiting this city.
