Most of you know, "Enterprise," is my go to place when I don't want to put a lot of miles on my Mini Cooper. I noticed something about the car I rented, (mums the word)! So, I immediately took the car back. I was given another car but I was told, I would receive a free day but I never did! It was also noted in the system I would receive it so, I waited, I even called but my points still were not returned. I called a second time. I waited again and called a second time and spoke to Tia. She said, "She would reference that her Supervisor would keep a check on the note of when my points were returned. I haven't gone anywhere yet but I'm about to schedule a pickup for next week. My points have been returned thanks to the extra effort Tia made in notifying her Manager in the delay. Thanks you so much Tia, and thank you Enterprise being the type of company who honor their word. See y'all on the road soon people and look for my new book early winter, - "The Key, -to Survival!" It's going to be a "Game Changer." Ms. T Turtles!

As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted with the warmest welcome! I’m telling you, the young men at this establishment are customer service friendly!
