    Very bad experience with this location the representative and professional there know how to talk to people. I spoke to get my car last week he said did not have no cars. You make me come Monday morning 8 o’clock and I’m there by myself so one minute two minutes three minutes from one minute to jump to 3 minutes, lady walked The runway here and she want a truck and give her a truck and I’m still standing there like an idiot but he’s an idiot. I’ll give you guys no star at all because you got that location of Virginia Beach Boulevard Norfolk site behind the dealership this is very very bad Service do not go there. I recommend anybody do not go there because people ignorant they don’t know the time and everything when I said to him I have to go open up my Restaurant this guy he doesn’t even listen doesn’t even give me a look

    Reserved a vehicle online. Go to the store at the scheduled time. I was I formed at the store that they had NO vehicles available. The reservation meant nothing. They said they might have one vehicle available in 7-8 hours if the previous renter actually brought it back. Had to walk 5.7 miles back home because I had no vehicle. Whole day was shot. NEVER AGAIN ENTERPRISE. I will never use your company again. After all, if you're a car rental company and you don't have any cars then what are you?
