- TBT C BrownFeb 24, 20261.0The representative that set up my arrangement for a rental-had set me up with a rental at an airport. Once I arrived at the airport I was told that I needed an itinerary. I don't know why it was set up with the airport however this started the downfall from there!! Then I call a second representative that same day while at the airport that had placed me with another Enterprise location nearby and stated a vehicle was available. I received a call immediately from the manager from that rental location saying they have no vehicle in place and that their last vehicle was already rented. He also told me that he can put me on a waiting list as the day go by people turn in vehicles. I called a the third time with another representative from Enterprise and was told that I will be on a waiting list waiting for a vehicle and none was available! It was the worst experience that I had ever experienced renting from Enterprise! I have never experienced anything like that!!! It was cold, freezing, rainy and I was stuck in an area looking for a vehicle!! The first representative should have asked questions especially when she rented a spot at an airport knowingly that I was not going out of town by plane!! The second representative should have called in advance instead of just moving my reservation to another location!! And lastly the third representative should have called other than just looking around in Newport News and Hampton area should have called around to different areas like Norfolk, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, etc. just to see if there were availability with vehicles. I should be compensated for the hardship and the struggle that I endure that should have been a easy transition when renting a vehicle with Enterprise.
