Mixed curly haired girl with glasses who worked inside the airport this evening slumped over on her phone literally refused me as a customer. Never had dealings with this woman in my life but she refused and couldn’t give me an explanation as to why she could not help me with a rental and that I needed to discuss it further with her manager in the garage. The nastiest laziest customer service I’ve ever witnessed in my life. Funny enough, I’m riding way cleaner and $200 cheaper in a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander from Avis/Budget. I wish you the best in your future endeavors and may God be with you. Because he was with me. Enterprise, I’d love a response. Go on ….

I was there for almost 3 hours trying to get ahold of a manager and customer service. I was just in an accident and Enterprises sent me to the airport for a new vehicle. The two women told me they would not give me a new vehicle without me paying for the rental to get towed to the Enterprises location. They said without Enterprises having possession of there vehicle there was nothing they could do and refused to help me! I had the towed company talk to the two women at the desk and they were sooo rude to the tow woman who was just trying to help them verify that the tow yard had possession due to the accident being on the highway! Im just in disbelief that these two women can talk to people any way and have no understanding, care, or compassion to help someone who just been in an accident and they can see i am clearly here to pick up a replacement vehicle. Very disappointed 😞 When the two women finally told me how to go outside to the garage, maybe I could find the manager. Thank God for Ryan! Ive had a long relationship with Enterprises and alot of times in the past, i had Ryan to help me! Hes always been kind, helpful, and compassionate. He helped me and had me in a car within 5 minutes! Thank you so much!
