    Had a great experience at the Enterprise at the Norfolk airport; the desk clerk and lot attendant were both very personable and the process was super smooth. Highly recommend.

    What a breath of fresh air! The staff here were so nice and helpful. The car was spotless, and there was no line to pick it up at the airport. I had a problem on my bill due to the one-way rental (the other Enterprise’s fault), and they fixed it up right away.

    There’s a young lady working there she has the worst attitude ever, on the phone our whole time, she was so nasty I almost when off, and that not my character. On top of that whoever she was talking, she told them she sick and tired of these dammm, people getting on her nerves. I left and so did others behind me, and most including myself when over to Hertz was treated respectfully they apologized for her actions, which was not their fault at all. I don’t like to see anyone fired , but she needs to be. I’m an Enterprise + member, I have always love their business, so I’m going to try again this evening or in the morning, hopefully she’s not feeling there.

    Confirmed multiple times that my rental would be 4WD, yet the wrong vehicle was provided. The associate failed to review my reservation, creating serious safety concerns during inclement weather and forcing us to forfeit a night of our vacation. This rental was a major inconvenience and showed a complete lack of attention to detail. An associate, Jeremy, later reached out regarding a potential refund, but has since failed to provide any update or follow-up. Avoid if reliability and safety matter to you.
