The process to get the car was fast at the counter and they had the vehicle we reserved. We took an elevator up a level and gave our paperwork to the guy in the booth. He gave us our keys and we were on our way. The only thing I could say was wrong was the car smelled really bad like cannabis. They should have sprayed the interior better to neutralize the smell before renting it out to us. We drove with windows down to let the smell out but in 5 days it still was overwhelming each time we got in.

Terrance W. met me at the vehicle asked about the car, how I enjoyed it and then thanked me for choosing you guys. I think he was a rockstar and definitely deserves kudos for his pleasentries. As I was walking away I also had a brief interaction with Niesha C. She was also very cordial. They are a great team first thing in the morning and started the day off on the right foot.
