  From picking up the car to dropping it off, this rental experience went off without any issues. I appreciate the dedication and attention to detail that Gunnar Carlton (North Military Highway, Norfolk VA) displayed when I picked up the car and when I needed his help with the drop off location. He was exceptional! I also appreciate Connor, the Warren, PA rep. He was very helpful in my January rental when no cars were available. Connor was very helpful with that reservation.

  I had to take the time to write this email to let you know about your Norfolk - E. Little Creek/Military Highway, office. I was having a very rough day. My car was totaled last Wednesday, October 29th during an hit and run accident. Thankfully, besides some bruises and soreness, I am okay. I live about 5 hours away. I drove down to be with my sisters as my stepfather’s life was in a rapid decline. I stepped out to go get a few things we needed and bam! Someone hits my jeep… When I showed up at auto shop, the nice lady called the enterprise office right away as she knew I had to get back to the hospital quickly.  Not only did the amazing guy named Ray get there in minutes, he helped me unload all my belongings into the rental. When I say ALL, I am not joking, I had at least 10-15 bags of stuff that flew all over the back of the jeep as I was spinning around on route 64. As we returned to the enterprise, we were greeted outside by a nice guy named Gunnar who was aware of my situation and jumped in to make the rental car process super quick and easy! He was so helpful! I could not be more thankful that the two men I encountered at this office were nothing but kind, caring, and considerate. Not only of my time, but of my feelings. They were very thoughtful and empathetic, they truly made my day brighter! I left there not only feeling very blessed to be alive after the accident, but really grateful to have encountered genuinely kind people who helped me so very much! I hope this reaches the top of the chain at Enterprise so this office gets the recognition they deserve! Sincerely, Debra Olszowy

  I had several issues while renting from Enterprise. I was in a car accident and I had a rental car through insurance. Between my insurance and Enterprise they couldn't get answering right. They notified the day after insurance stopped paying that my insurance wasn't paying anymore. Then I extended the rental and was still called and told that I needed to return the car when I had already paid for an additional week. Then someone how the rate changed when I returned the car. I guess they thought that I wouldn't notice.

  I have to give these guys five stars, but all of them were great. Let me pick out my own vehicle. The only ones with the rental vehicle for me can’t say enough for them helping me out went over the whole vehicle with me and how everything works when you go to for rental vehicles this is the place to go. Thank you for a great experience.
