He was making side comments that were very rude. The sales associate stepped in and assisted me without question. He even lightened the moment by saying, "its ok, my little brother acts like that too." Honestly, him saying that made my day. After we tested my car and figured out it was the battery he was very patient with me and helped me find the most affordable and convenient option. He even helped me replace the battery and kept my son entertained the entire time. He showed him the tools and talked him through the process. This was by far the best customer service I've received in a long time. I believe the young man's name was Keith or Kenneth! He's an amazing asset to the team!
