  Customer service was excellent the day I got my rental in orf and when I returned at rdu. Alamo will come to mind when I need a car rental. 🚗

  Great experience with ORF's Alamo Car Rental. Everyone at check-in was friendly and efficient. I had reserved a standard SUV, but I did not realize how big that would be. The CSR in the garage booth was understanding and found me a smaller SUV I was comfortable driving. When I returned the car early, I was pleasantly surprised that Alamo only charged me for the days I actually had the car. The garage attendant at drop-off was kind and did not rush us as we were trying to get organized.

  I had wonderful experience with Alamo. This was my first time using them. The suv i received was in excellent condition and very clean. I will definitely be a repeat costumer.

  I’ve only booked rentals with Alamo for the last 15 years. Norfolk does not have the usual selection of vehicles that I’m used to with Alamo. The staff was very friendly and helpful during the painless and smooth process of pick up and drop off. Great experience overall. Minus one star for not being able to choose which vehicle I wanted according to what I’d booked.

  My flight was rescheduled for an earlier date due to the weather. I needed the rental 1 day earlier, the Alamo representative at the desk was accommodating. I picked up the vehicle at Norfolk Airport in the evening with no issues. I definitely had a great experience and will use Alamo for future bookings.
