  Came in Monday to ask about getting my vehicle inspected. I was told to come in the next morning. My Wife came to drop off this morning, then she walked home. 2 hours later we called for status and was told there was 3 in from of us, and they would call me back when it's done. 5pm, no word, my Wife walks up there and it was in the bay. They said the inspector went home at 4:30. We waited all day, with no vehicle, and no phone call. I'm disabled and my Wife drives to pick my medications and such up. We basically waisted the whole day. I am not happy with this customer service. No communication. If they told me in the am that it probably would get done today, I would have had options. NOT COOL. Now, we have to waist another day tomorrow taking it somewhere else.

  Ram truck oil change and tire rotation. They were able to get me in for an appointment day of, but plan for the appointment to take about two hours for an oil change. Staff had great customer service and explained everything clearly. They seemed to do a thorough inspection as well.

  I will never return. I was there simply to get two new tires on my car. After the service was done and I paid over $200 for the brand new tires, I was told that I needed a list of things done. Things that I just got done not even a month ago so I know that I didn’t need it. For example, an oil change, a battery, brakes. And those are just examples of things that I just got fixed on my vehicle that was being told to me that needed to be replaced. I don’t like being overcharged and I don’t like being Scammed. I will never return.

  I came to mister tire because i've been there before.And i've had great experiences there.Three of my vehicles have been serviced there. However, I came for a diagnostic.Which price would have tremendously?But I guess that's market value as well as the labor rates. My issue lies with there was no one person to explain or offer different levels of alternators, which my car did need and also a serpentine belt, which I am aware it needs.However a quote for a battery was added on as well.Not even to think to ask the customer.First, seeing how this battery which is not mister tires.Battery has two more years on its warranty.If I was asked that I would say, never mind the battery and exercise other options. The fact that I was not asked any of these things before adding it to a quote is an issue as if the company only want to up sale and charge people and saying you need this part as compared to suggesting and wondering if you have an existing warranty for the battery or would you like to purchase a replacement battery from your establishment?That's the reason why declined to get the work done there.And it is a bit pricey just to replace my alternator

  Great service and good prices! I had to get a new tire so I could pass my inspection and they were able to get it done for me very quickly! Quicker than anyone ever has before and in enough time for me to take it back to the other shop for the inspection. I also love how they don't try to constantly upsell you. They make you aware of your options but don't pressure you to spend more than you're willing to. I will definitely be going back there for all my other tires.
