  Absolutely terrible service at Mr. Tire Auto Service Center. My boyfriend brought his car in on 4/23/26 to have the AC repaired. He was told that if it wasn’t ready the same day, it would definitely be ready the next day. Instead, he didn’t hear that it was “ready” until 4/27/26 at 5 PM—after several days of waiting. Before he went to pick it up, the mechanic even spoke with him and reassured him that the AC in his black Voltswagon Jetta was fixed and blowing properly through the vents in . But when my boyfriend arrived, he found out the car had not even been looked at since the day he dropped it off on 4/23/26 because the mechanic had mixed his car up with another car which was a gold Voltswagon. After wasting all that time, the only solution offered was to bring it back the next day so they could actually look at it then. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the manager was conveniently not there to speak with. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and money—go somewhere else.

  Made an appointment with days of anticipation for Saturday and asked multiple times if my car would be able to be fixed that day and the rep was adamant that it would be…The day of the appointment at the store they didn’t have availability until Monday even though I made an appointment. Beyond unreliable.

  Thanks so much for fitting me for my state inspection! I was a month overdue and didn’t realize! I spent hours traversing the area trying to get it knocked out and you were the only place along Mercury from Hampton to Newport News that could get it done same day. Super appreciate it!

  Mr. Tire was recommended to me by a good friend and I'm so very happy and pleased with the service. The new tires I wanted was not in stock at that store location on the day I came. So the gentleman called to arrange a delivery to this store. It was done very timely and professionally. The staff was very friendly, kind, patient and courteous and you can sense they love what they do! All my questions were answered about the tires warranty as well which I really appreciated. Thank you!!😎

  Quick and efficient. I had a right front tire out of balance that generated a vibration at interstate speeds. Mr. Tire rebalanced the tire and I was on my way in no time. Price was friendly as well.
