  My rental car was very clean. Enterprise was understanding of my situation that I needed a car as soon as possible. They attempted to match my current vehicle, which was in the body shop being repaired due to a recent accident.

  Rented a car for a week recently from Enterprise at the local Shuttle Collision Repair Center. The staff was very professional and helping ensuring I received a clean, full tank, and nice car. I would rent from this facility again.

  🚨If you want to be treated with passive aggressive behavior and disrespect while not receiving the customer support needed, this is the place to go. There is absolutely no accountability with local management and customers are never first. Training in customer service is highly recommended for the management at the Enterprise Suttle location. If you need a rental, do yourself a favor and go almost anywhere else.

  Jake was amazing from the Suttle dealership. He was working by himself the day I got my rental and exhibited so much patience with customers reactions due to high volumes. He was very thorough, kept a smile on his face and stayed professional. As I extended my reservation he was further helpful with more resourceful information and a correction on my receipt. Lastly, he was there upon my return and made it so easy at drop off, he was very accommodating and assuring with a slight spill in the trunk. He definitely deserves a bonus and/or raise. Great job Jake !! Will definitely continue to use that location for my rentals.
