  The manager and assistant manager, Matthew and Amari, were extremely helpful during a stressful time. We had a business trip scheduled for the second week, but the location did not have a vehicle ready. I asked Enterprise to transfer my reservation to the Newport News-Williamsburg airport and I do not regret it. I was met with patience, professionalism, and grace. Those guys were top-tier. Honestly, everyone I encountered at the PHF location is professional and kind. There's a young lady whose name I haven't had the chance to catch, but she is consistently professional and wears a smile. I know customer service is not the easiest field, especially at an airport, but ya'll keep doing what you're doing; it's noticeable!

  The gentleman who helped me with my rental from PHF to Union Station in DC on 4/11/26 was one of the nicest employees I’ve ever encountered. I did not have the right usb charger to use in the rental for my phone. He tried to give me a couple different cars and when that didn’t work, he searched for a charger in the office to give to me. We didn’t end up finding one but he told me where I could easily buy one (which I did). He was very patient with me and did everything he could to help me out.

  Just really bad customer service experience The one lady acted like she hated her job in the first place. She literally made what could have been a simple process complicated and she lost an $800 sale and tbh kinda offended me. I walked next door to budget, one desk over and rented a car just so I didn't have to deal with her attitude. Had a great experience with budget if you would like to rent a car I suggest going there
