  My sales consultant Tiara was great! The process was fast and everything was approved before I went in so I wouldn’t waste any time. I had an appointment the next day to test drive and was out the door in less than an hour in my new car! My credit wasn’t great so the interest is high but nonetheless I’m happy with my purchase. The branch manager was also great and informative !

  The entire staff at the location was welcoming from the moment I stepped in. My salesperson Rico was very professional, kind, understanding and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. I never felt pressured throughout the entire process. The manager on staff that evening was the absolute sweetest as well. She was so kind. They genuinely made my experience very smooth and as painless as possible.

  The absolute best car buying experience. Was in contact with Mr. Derrick ( he’s great btw)for a couple of days. He had an emergency and referred me to Mr. Rico. Upon entry, I was greeted by the manager and him. He was very personable, nice, and communicated very well with me. He wasn’t aggressive, he didn’t hassle me, and he worked really well to make sure my needs were met. He explained every paper I signed, and lessened my anxiety about buying a car (first time). I would definitely recommend Mr. Rico and Mr. Derrick to anyone actively looking for a vehicle. They work with you and will do everything they can to get you riding off the lot. My experience was smooth, easy, and fast. I also got exactly what I wanted! Everyone was very nice and helpful at this location.

  This was an amazing first time buyers experience for me! With the help of my parents, Derick, & Gregg I was able to get my dream car. Service was very quick and easy. The original car I wanted was at the VA beach location & Gregg was able to call and get it sent over. Derick stayed in constant communication with updates on the arrival which I appreciated. We also discussed the other cars available but Gregg gave honest feedback on which car would fit my type of lifestyle. Within 2 hours I got my previous car appraised for trade in, filled out the paperwork and did a test drive. Communication between the bank, insurance & enterprise was organized and streamlined. The managers and other staff were very friendly and supportive. It made me feel good and comfortable. I highly recommend for fast, easy, & nice service.
