The vacuum suction is extremely weak — so much that I end up having to drive to the nearby 7-Eleven and pay to use their vacuums instead, which is frustrating since I’m paying for a membership here. Many of the vacuums are also damaged and don’t stay in the slots, constantly falling to the ground. I’ve been a member on and off since Whistle took over, and the quality has only gone downhill. They rarely have clean washcloths available, and the whole area often looks messy and poorly maintained. I truly miss the previous owners who used to run things much better. I’ve already canceled my membership twice, and unfortunately, it looks like I’ll be canceling again — this time for good.
