I am new to this area & was looking for a "safe place" for car-care. This will be my go-to for all of my car service needs & will be recommended it to my family and friends.

We had big plans to explore Hampton Roads, but I blew out my tire (THIRD time THIS YEAR) right outside of Newport News. After putting the donut on my car, I called these guys hoping they would be able to squeeze me in last minute. They were able to accommodate and see me immediately after I arrives. I’m giving a massive shout out to Chaimone who was working the front desk and was super communicative and accommodating the whole time, even going above and beyond by driving and picking up the right size tire when they realized they didn’t have one (I didn’t realize my front and back tires were different sizes). While we had to put off our big plans of exploring, we were still able to make it to the hockey game on time and had a great time. Our day could have easily been a bust, but because of the work from Tire Choice, and especially Chaimone, we had a wonderful and memorable day
