Nikki did offer a discount on the service, but 5 hours for a service that should have been no more than 2 is a bit absurd.

I went in to install 2 front tires and my TPMS on my Cayenne, after the installation the TPMS light did not go away and they do not work I am unable to see my PSI for any tire. Very satisfied with the tire installation but will not be going back because I was charged 270+ for repairs that did not do anything.
