  I took my car to this Mr. Tire to repair a flat tire. It should have cost me less than $50. But they lifted my car improperly and it caused serious damages on both sides of the car. Basically, their mechanic put the lifting pads under some nonreinforced areas under my car instead of using the designated lifting points. I had to take my car to body shop to get it repaired. Mr. Tire did not accept the responsibility for the damages. At the end, a simple tire repair ended up costing around $2500. I will never use this shop again, and I would recommend everyone to avoid using them for any service.

  I drove my car to this place for a simple alternator job and my car was in the shop for a long time so I called and asked what was going on. The lady Nikki informs me that they were trying to get it done and that they were almost finished. Not true so at the end of the day I went in and asked to see the car to figure out whatever issue they had going on. It took me looking all over my car in there shop to figure out they had reversed the alternator wires and I had to buy a battery from them because THEY fried my old battery and when I finally got my car running yes ME not them I had no dash lights no taillights couldn't shift my car into drive or anything. I had to pay for a tow and figure out how to get home I live an hr away and as I was on the phone with Nikki she said it was my fault and hung up on me. I called corporate and they told me to take it to another Mr tire for them to have my car for 2 weeks and to tell me I have to take the car to another place.. NO they did not pay for the tow NO they did not refund me for the alternator job they failed at. Mr tire make this right my car is still not fixed I have no transportation and at risk of losing my job because of negligence and lack of knowledge due to somebody's else not knowing what there doing I'm not sure if your techs are certified or not but they need a major evaluation I'm willingto change this review if my car ever gets completed
