- JJJoe Johnson6 days ago1.0I went in there to get a quote on a 30K mile service for a Tacoma. I was quoted for a vehicle of the completely wrong drivetrain even after they pulled my VIN and license plate. Even then, the service intervals do not match actual OEM. They recommended an oil change at an interval of 5K, when OEM is 10K. They have a small asterisk saying that it's based on the interval of multiple OEMs. Honestly look elsewhere, they're trying to take you for a ride. Look at what your manual says. On a positive note, the man at the front desk was very polite.

His demeanor and tone were not customer friendly. He seriously needs some help. Honestly it seemed as if he didn't want to even help us.He told my wife and I to come pick our vehicle up after we just dropped it off. Then told us to get our own parts and he would install them. We called Auto Zone and they told us that Mr Tire calls if parts are needed and they are delivered to the shop. After we called they went and picked up the part needed to repair our vehicle. Auto Zone told us customers don’t get the parts needed. JD or whatever his name is was pissed when we came in to pick up our vehicle. I've been a long-time customer for many years but unsure if I will ever be back. I called corporate and they were aware. I was supposed to have received a phone call from the manager but never did. They just list 2 longtime customers going back to when it was Tread Quarters.
