  insane wait times- people made appointments at 7:30 am and were still waiting by 1:30pm. grumpy man working, came later than appointments, made sure to tell the whole waiting room when he was going on an hour lunch break while we all waited multiple hours…… and we’re still waiting. tried to take an uber to get food and leave, was told that i’d lose my spot. had to pay an uber cancelation fee. UPDATE. the state inspector left and is nowhere to be found. cannot get in contact. i’ve been waiting over 6 hours and will be late for work. The inspector came in after everyone this morning, customers with appointments and front desk agent- and was sure to give attitude and was sure to let everyone that had been waiting longer than he had even been at his shift that he’d be taking an hour lunch break- then disappeared from 12-2pm. I am currently still waiting and have been here in their lobby for 7 hours…. do yourself a favor and stay far away from here

  I love this place Marcus and team was very professional..they went above and beyond. Thank u guys i will tell er body thats in need of brakes alignnnent or tires this the 1st stop shop. Keep up good work. Keep training ur crew to be great

  These people failed my vehicle inspection for a light that’s working. All I did was open my trunk and turn on my lights and all my lights were on. I will never go back there after they correct this issue!!!!!!! Update; I went back and Marcus with the crust in his face was looking dumb founded like he didn’t know what I was there for and issue still wasnt resolved. The they tried to charge me $119 for 1 tag light that wasn’t even out. I would not advise no one to do business with this company. Go in over to Tire City in Jefferson they are the best save let n me come in at 6am to get my inspection!

  I came in requesting them to replace the passenger side camshaft position sensor. The guy at the front desk tried to tell me it might be my fuel pump. I didn’t bite on that and told him to just replace the sensor as requested. He then told me it would require taking the wheel off, removing the wheel well shroud blah blah blah. The next day as I was leaving work I called them since I hadn’t heard back. “Oh yeah I’ve been meaning to call you. We can’t do the work you will need to take it to the dealership.” Well 1 20 min YouTube video and 45 min later I replaced the part myself and I didn’t have to do anything that idiot told me. It was in a tough spot sure, working between the engine and firewall blind but once I found the 2 bolts by hand I was able to do the work myself. I don’t think I will trust them to do any work for me again, not even tires. Oh and they charged me a diagnostic fee after I already told them the problem and the receipt had someone else’s name on it.
