  I made a reservation for pickup for the next day. My reservation was cancelled, so I called back and they weren’t sure why my reservation was cancelled, but they put my reservation in again. The next day, when I am supposed to pick up my rental they cancelled my reservation again and said they ran out of vehicles. I don’t understand the point of a reservation if they are just going to give out whatever vehicles they have regardless

  Called enterprise to reserve a rental the previous day. Arrived at the pickup location and was told they didn't have anything available. When I asked the clerk why they accept reservations without the ability to honor them, he started dropping F-bombs. Absolutely horrible service. Worst company ever!

  wouldn’t recommended unless it your last option. I sent enterprise an in depth description of what happened but the service was very rude & unnecessary.
