I was the only person there, it was awkward. I left an item in the car after returning it. Called them two hours later, they said they would look and call me back, they never did. I called again and they said they were still looking and would call later and guess what, they never did. I just gave up. Won't rent from this airport location again.

I LEFT my EZpass in the vehicle near the bottom of the windshield on the dash board of the driver side. I KNOW i left it in there. So I called the company they said they didn’t find it during the detailing (meaning the probably didn’t detail it well) and that the car is already back on the road so they couldn’t search again. That thing is linked to my bank account.. there bad cleaning performance and lack of urgency makes me never want to rent here again.

Desk agent had no solution other than, MAYBE they'll have a car later that evening. Terrible service. I have other options at the airport, Enterprise is no longer the reliable choice. Enterprise disrupted my travel plans. Surely, this issue could have been communicated prior to the morning of reservation.
