  Unprofessional. Do not rent from this location. Booked a rental, was called and asked to call back by Ben, i called back and was disconnected. Called back a second time no answer. Reservation was for 4pm, called a third time at 355pm and was told they have no vehicles available and they were unwilling to find a nearby location that had a rental available. Very rude on the phone the entire call cutting me off saying “i dont know whats what, i just got here!” Rent from a different location or different company all together

  If I could this would be a two-part review with two different ratings. Five Stars for Shabrika and Two Stars for the rest. My insurance company authorized a car for pickup on 10/17. The rental agency had no cars for me until 10/21. No other provisions were offered. When I arrived to pickup the vehicle on 10/21, I was told they didn't have the proper size and gave me a smaller car. However Shabrika was very helpful and promised to call me if a larger one was turned in. I got the call later that day and picked up the proper size vehicle. As I left the facility the low tire pressure light came on. I didn't have time to return so I checked the air pressure later and saw it was low 8 lbs. I filled the tire that night and checked it again the next day and it was low again. On 10/18 I returned to the facility to report the leaky tire. I was told to take it to Firestone and get it repaired at their cost. I protested the idea of wasting hours of my time getting a tire repaired but there was no alternative offered so I left and just kept adding air every day to a vehicle which would have been unsafe otherwise. I returned the vehicle the morning of 11/03 and was told the insurance company only authorized until 11/02 so I was responsible for an extra day. I told them I was informed by the insurance company I was authorized until 11/07, and besides 11/02 was a Sunday and they're closed on weekends. Eventually Shabrika took over from the other employee and fixed it so there would be no discrepancies.

  My car smelled of weed and cigarettes when I picked it up and all of the seats were stained. When I asked about an alternative vehicle of a comparable size, I was told they had no other vehicles available at that time. The associate who I picked the car up from on Thursday was incredibly friendly and helpful despite the lack of vehicles.
