  ⭐ 1-Star Review – Do NOT Recommend ⭐ I had an absolutely terrible experience with David’s Towing and Tire and feel compelled to warn others — especially veterans and anyone who deserves respect and basic decency. First, when one of our family members — a veteran — needed assistance, the response was not just unprofessional but downright disrespectful. Instead of support and courtesy, we were met with impatience and dismissive attitudes that made an already stressful situation far worse. Being a veteran shouldn’t mean getting treated like a burden, but that’s exactly how it felt here. The customer service from the front desk was rude, impatient, and unhelpful on multiple occasions. Rather than answering questions or offering clear communication, the staff seemed frustrated to even speak with us — an attitude that only escalated tension. They seemed to lose interest in helping once they knew we were paying customers with legitimate concerns.  Other customers online have reported similar issues — including employees being rude or cursing at them during service calls, long waits with no communication, and unprofessional behavior that made them regret ever coming here. Some reviews even describe staff as unprofessional and lacking in basic courtesy.  When a business offers essential services like towing, roadside help, and vehicle repairs, there’s an expectation of prompt, respectful, and supportive service. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience here — and it seems to be echoed by others. For anyone who values good communication, respect for customers (especially veterans), and professionalism, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

  Driver was rude and gestured to just move along with "shooing" hand motion. Driver blocked the only entrance to an entire shopping center to unload instead of just pulling to the side of the road. Truck tag UC69-441, Turnpike Rd, Portsmouth, 11-12-26, ~9:35am

  Arrived 20 minutes after placing the call for a tow on a Saturday, and was easily able to get my car out of a difficult parallel parking situation - while being friendly about it. AAA would have been over an hour so I appreciated being out of the cold and on my way quickly. No one wants to need a towing company but I’m glad to have one should I need them again.
