While our salesman, Que, was helpful and accommodated our busy schedule, the overall purchasing process has been a significant disappointment. Despite promises of ongoing support, we felt abandoned once the sale was finalized. The service department manager was unprofessional; rather than acknowledging a defect missed during both the arrival and sale inspections, she simply dismissed the issue by citing the warranty. Furthermore, I have attempted to contact the General Manager multiple times and have yet to receive a response. Based on this experience, I strongly advise other customers to conduct a rigorous walkthrough and inspection—regardless of how minor a detail may seem—and to research state-specific purchase laws. I want to note that this experience does not reflect my view of the entire company, as I have had positive interactions with other Camping World locations that demonstrated excellent communication and customer service. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for the Newport News branch to improve its standards to match those of your other successful locations.
