ERNIE AND JUDY WENT OVER AND BEYOND HELPING MY DAUGHTER WITH HER CAR .WE HAD THE BATTERY TESTED AND THE TEST CAME BACK FINE .THE BATTERY CABLES WERE CORRIODED AND HE TOOK IT BEYOND HIMSELF TO TAKE IUT THE TIME TO CLEAN THEM FOR HER SO SHE COULD GO BACK TO DELIVERY FOR WORK Thank you all

Awesome customer service. Kurt was super friendly and informative. He helped me change my battery in the parking lot and it wasn't an easy one. We had to take apart the air box and put everything back together.
My car was overheating with a busted waterhose. A young gentleman, Nick help repair the hoses and fixed and restored with good advise. All the staff were helpful. A- plus service. Thank you for your service and much concern to help me. I truly appreciate all the help. They knew their business well.
I own a couple of older vehicles and normally perform the repairs myself. To that end, I've been going to the 12599 Warwick Blvd AutoZone store for a couple of years now for my auto parts needs. Without fail, the staff has always been professional, courteous and genuinely biased towards helping the customer.
My interactions have mostly been limited to Kurt, Ernie, Morgan, Judy but other sales associates have also been helpful. The sales team is always there to assist with a solution when the problem I'm experiencing goes beyond just a simple parts replacement. Their service is such a value add to AutoZone, I felt compelled to acknowledge such. AutoZone is the first place I'll go to whenever I'm working on my vehicles and need parts.
Well done, team, for the excellent service and well done, AutoZone, for staffing your stores with such conscientious employees.
