The manager who was on duty was extremely unprofessional and had one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever experienced in customer service. Instead of helping, he acted bothered and dismissive, making the whole interaction uncomfortable. It’s disappointing because this store has always treated me well, but today’s experience with the manager was completely unacceptable. Because of the way I was treated today, I will NOT be coming back to this location. Customers—especially loyal ones—should never be treated with that level of disrespect.

Be careful everyone, autozone employee will give false information about your vehicle. That’s why they work at autozone because they have no clue what they’re doing.

We went to AutoZone on Warwick, Newport News, Va and Kurt B. made us feel at home from jump street. He was very knowledgeable and thorough while diagnosing my wife's car. He made sure that we were able to get our warranty refund and new battery immediately. While he was working on her car, he walked her through every step he was doing. In no time, my wife's car was back on the road. Thank you Kurt for taking care of us like we were family. I will definitely be recommending AutoZone to all of our families and friends.
