The manager who was on duty was extremely unprofessional and had one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever experienced in customer service. Instead of helping, he acted bothered and dismissive, making the whole interaction uncomfortable. It’s disappointing because this store has always treated me well, but today’s experience with the manager was completely unacceptable. Because of the way I was treated today, I will NOT be coming back to this location. Customers—especially loyal ones—should never be treated with that level of disrespect.

Be careful everyone, autozone employee will give false information about your vehicle. That’s why they work at autozone because they have no clue what they’re doing.
