  Jermichael with Safelite was the best technician! He drove over two hours to get the correct glass when my insurance company filed it incorrectly! I highly recommend him and Safelite for your windshield needs!

  I am sick and tired of these AI Phone systems. I need to speak to someone about my pending appointment and the system just goes in circles never getting me to a person. This is the most UN CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY System ever. GIVE ME A PERSON!! When you do finally get a number to the office on Hull St no one answers the phone!!! RESPONSE TO OWNER COMMENT: Please instead encourage the company to answer the phone. When people need assistance on a specific issue a chatbot is not helpful!! Three days of chatting and calling your AI and still no update on the issue I am having with your work order!!

  Man, I just want to say. Micheal the tech that came out and serviced my truck this week did an awesome job. Appointment window was 8am-1pm and showed up at 7:30 which for me was awesome cause I had already been away from my job for an hour. Showed up did a job which I thought was going to take at least an hour is like 8 minutes and I was on my way! Professional, Friendly, great work. Thanks again!

  I got my windshield replaced. As I'm driving I start hearing a noise coming from the bottom left and right corners of my window. When I park and get out, I noticed that the cowl is not even attached to the windshield so it's catching air and making noise. So I made an appointment to have them come back out to adhere it. When the guy is done I come outside because I was at work and it still looks the same. Meaning I still see gaps. I called the guy he doesn't answer so then I call the main number. They proceeded to tell me that the guy has already gone home for the day, like how convenient. I get a guy named Logan on the phone that was very condescending. I sent him pictures of the work and he tried to blame it on me saying I'm lifting it up. I'm like no it wasn't even attached to begin with. He said the guy glued it, it has to set. I'm like I visibly see it isn't right. And first of all they never mentioned to me how they are repairing it. He began talking about the year of my car that's why the cowl is the way it is, and talking about it being sun damaged. I'm like sir I'm very aware of the age of my vehicle and that my cowl has sun damage but that doesn't have anything to do with it not adhering to my windshield. Like it was attached to my windshield before y'all touched it! And because of this condescending banter I didn't want them to come back out I'll just get someone else to fix it. And because of this I went outside and looked under it more and there's no glue or tape that I could see!
