  First time customer i will definitely be coming back to NTB great service and very nice service and all the guys are here are super helpful and they offer great discounts i went through a lot for finding a machine in the chesterfield area i would come back here in a heart beat thank you they also show you what you need and needs to be repaired and what is broken very honest guys here thank you

  The guys at this shop are no joke answered every question I thru at them, I’m originally an old time mechanic but hands don’t work like they use to, Garcia and Jorge where great it was like talking to 2 old friends from back in the day, thanks boys for keeping my car going.

  Christian was very patient and experienced. He took the time to explain tire nomenclature and how to protect your investment. The entire crew was kind and curious, listing to what are needs were and not just trying to sell any tire.Big Thank you from my family that came in with me today.

  Last week I came to get three new tires and asked Jorge if he could have the mechanic take a look at another issue I was having and to call me with a quote to fix the problem. I ended up staying in the shop and Jorge was prompt with the quote and explained to me all of the recommendations from the mechanic. I never felt pressured to get anything done and they are very transparent about pricing. Even the mechanic came out to explain things to me. I will definitely be back for my state inspection, the team is amazing. Thank y’all for getting my car right.

  I set a appointment for an alignment. Came at scheduled time. Got checked in. Set in the waiting area for 30 minutes for them to come tell me that they won't be able to get to my car today. Appointment was at 4. I explained that I drove a hour away. He just stood there saying nothing looking at me as if he wanted to say so. This is the 3rd bad experience I have had with NTB and all whats different locations. I will not recommend anyone to ANY NTB.
