Eric Brown at Goodyear went above and beyond trying to find new tires that fit my car even calling competitors. He did not have to do that but this was excellent service with nothing to gain financially!
- DFDaniel FernandezDec 25, 20251.0I took my 2017 GMC Sierra Denali 1500 in to get four tires and then scheduled to get two tires on my 2003 Corolla.. A short time after I changed the brakes on my Corolla and has taken off the tire From one of the two tires I bought from Goodyear I noticed that they crossed threaded my lug nut, so the stud broke off when I was taking off the tire I called them. They fixed it. The manager was professional, but one of the employees walked out and gave me the dirtiest look you could imagine so now today I go out to change the ABS sensor on the opposite side, which is another one of the tires that they did and I had already taken the tire off and put it back on by hand, not using a power tool lug nut went on fine after taking it to them To fix the stud Now, all of a sudden, the other side is crossed threaded, they must’ve done it on purpose not to mention, they overfill your oil by entire quart I will never Do business with Goodyear again!!!and their prices are outrageous.. Jesus Christ, I’ve yet to checked to see if they crossed through at all my studs on my truck yet
