- PHPeter HBApr 4, 20261.0I have been a loyal customer for 10 years, but my experience today was incredibly disappointing. While I typically have a good rapport with the team, the staff today was rude and unprofessional. They insisted I wait outside in the sun, citing a safety policy due to a previous accident in the shop. My reason for supervised service is based on a past incident here where an improperly tightened filter caused a severe oil leak on my BMW. That error nearly resulted in a $10,000 engine replacement. Because of the lack of transparency and the poor treatment I received today, I will no longer be bringing my vehicles here for service. Customers be aware

I don’t remember the guys name that helped today. The receipt says iws but this man showed me how I can charge my key fob in my car and why did I not know I could do that!!! It’s little simple things like this, that make an experience for a customer. My key fob has been working on and off due to the battery being low and that man just changed the game for me!!!! Shout out to him, give him a raise! Excellent customer service! Will not take my car anywhere else. 💓☺️ we love when a man mans!!! Thank you!
