- ASAlexis Skipper6 days ago1.0The staff are good people that are at the mercy of a horrible system. This is the second time I’ve reserved a specific size vehicle and arrived day of pickup to be told they do not have any onsite. The online application is clearly not synced with the individual locations. It even allows you to select a 12PM pickup, when the actual location closes at 12. If I had not arrived early, I would have missed my window to get any vehicle. The first time I tried to pickup a confirmed reservation, there were no cars at all. This past visit I needed something that would hold 6 people for a 14 hour drive to Florida and that is what my confirmed reservation showed. The staff was apologetic and offered up a 5 passenger vehicle, which I accepted but my family had to take two cars for our trip. It was shared that the only more reliable way to get the type of vehicle you need is to select the airport location, which means a 45 minute drive for me. My hope is to never have to use Enterprise again, but if left with no choice apparently the airport is the only option.

First off, I scheduled an appointment but the employee who scheduled it didn’t add a time to the appointment so they had no car ready for me when I arrived. Then they scrambled to find me a random car and it was awful. Not clean (it smelled like cigarette smoke) or filled with gas (close to empty). The battery for the key fob also died within hours of getting the car so the car did not lock. Extremely inconvenient.
