My engine light came on, car started hesitating all the bells started going off. My battery was completely drained and car wouldn’t run. My husband went to remove battery to replace and found the air filter loose. We paid to replace battery and hooked the air filter back correctly. Contacted their office and carried my car up for them to look over. My husband had everything back working so all I got was an apology. I was not even offered a free oil change or anything. Lesson learned and time to move on for future oil changes.
