No appointment needed and everyone including Donovan and John were very professional and courteous. I used to spend 2-3 hours at Walmart with an appointment. Never again. They don’t force you to buy anything you don’t want and focus on getting you out of there as fast as possible. My Apple Pay wasn’t working and they spent 40 minutes with me trying to work it out and they got it! I will definitely be coming back for anything my car needs!
