Received email from PayPal that they refunded my money. So guess who's still got a broken windshield? I should have known better because the last time they replaced the windshield on this vehicle (years ago) the scratched the molding around the windshield. Convenience is not always best!

Didn’t have any with him to replace them. Then broke a needed tool. Left without putting in the windshield. Left some tools and debris behind. The next scheduled appointment the installer called and said he was on the way. Then called back and said he didn’t have the mouldings either. Rescheduled for 2 days later. The third installer came by and finished the job in the dark. Left debris behind. Was nice though. Took a week. The last window was 8 am to 6 pm which is absurd.

Around 4pm, the sun has almost set, and I’m beginning to wonder how the tech is going to work in the dark to replace my windshield. I get a phone call and the tech calls to say it’s late and he’s not going to make it. He tells me some will call from office to reschedule. I get a call from the office, the person apologized and wants to reschedule. I tell him I wasted an entire 1/2 day and should get some compensation. He offers 2 new blades and we reschedule for an appointment in 2 days. This time I take the 0800-1pm time slot and the person tells me I will be the 1st appt on the drivers list. Fast forward to day of appt. Tech calls at 1220 and tells me he is on the way. He arrives right about 1pm, checks my truck and says he’s not going to be able to replace the windshield because he doesn’t have the molding. Said their inventory says one was on stock but it was probably with the tech who was originally supposed to replace the windshield. IN TOTAL I wasted 8+ hours waiting and still need a windshield replacement. GOOD COMMERCIALS, HORRIBLE SERVICE. Get the job done at a small local business. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH SAFELITE. Only gave it a 2 start rating because the tech took time and explained why he couldn’t replace the windshield.

I called, they set me up with my insurance company and got it covered, and promptly took me in at my scheduled time today and had it fixed in 30 minutes. The entire staff was friendly and personable and made sure to make me feel like I was in good hands. Every single one of them deserves a raise! I won't take my vehicle anywhere else!

No one ahead of me. Not a smile, not a hello. Nothing. She continued her phone conversation getting quotes for a repair. When I finally asked if there was someone who could help, she simply hollered for someone to come help this man. Between my deductible and my insurance, I just spent $1300 at your facility. At least have the decency to speak. I'm sure she is a nice person or whatever but put her in the back and not dealing with guest. She is hurting your business. Your work is great quality aside from that negative experience.
