Cleaned all the windows made sure it was right.The 2nd left the suction marks on the side windows and fingerprints and the haze on the windshield. Not a deal breaker both were friendly and did a good job. So im not sure what the normal is. I hope it is the 1st guy.

Tech admitted mistake as it was stated on the ticket to have keys left in the vehicle and they hadn’t but doeant charge the fact of wasted time, money and frustration on Christmas Day.

I went to this location to have 2 windows fixed on the passenger side. 1 window was fixed but was told the wrong part was ordered for 2nd window so would have to wait for right part to come in. Was told it would take 2 days to come in, took 8 days to get the part(was told part came in 2 days prior to me calling to get an update smh) Then when the part did arrive I was told I had to wait 8 more days for the next appointment to become available(even though this was their fault) Then when I finally get to my appointment(which was a 25 minute drive) I handed my keys over, had my car taken to the back, was told to sit in the waiting room(30 minutes) Had my name called to the counter, to be told that the wrong part was ordered AGAIN!! Then I was told, AGAIN, have to wait 2 days for correct part to come in and will get a call when arrives...I took my keys back, went on Google and found someone who came to my house same day and fixed my window for half what safelite was charging. I wouldn't recommend this location to my worst enemy! Unprofessional and unreliable! Was my first experience with safelite and if this is how they operate, definitely will be the last!! If do choose to do business with safelite, I would stay far away from this location! Unless you like having your time wasted!

The waiting area was comfortable and offered refreshments, which was a nice touch. They expertly replaced my front windshield, and what was particularly impressive was that they took the time to recalibrate it specifically for my Tesla. The entire process, from my easy online scheduling to the completion of the work, was completed within the three-hour timeframe originally quoted on the website. I highly recommend them!
