- SPSuzanne PNov 27, 20221.0Received truck without Def fluid and a headlight out though they said everything was good. Had to wait several hours for them to come and fix light and fill Def fluid after several calls. In addition says sanitized and when whipping down just the steering wheel the clorox wip was filthy. I would not recommend them as you can't count on them to be honest, or clean. I won't ever go with them again.

Although they are located at Home Depot and you pick up/drop off at Home Depot, you can not actually reserve or rent directly at Home Depot. The tool rental department handles the paperwork, but had little to no knowledge of the trucks or rental availability/costs. All-in-all, if you are not in a hurry and know to call Penske, it's okay, but still kind of a pain since you still have to deal with the Home Depot Rental Dept.
