Minus 3 stars for the poor customer services and unprofessional conduct that I received by the owner (unwelcoming, unfriendly) acted like I have dropped off a penske truck rental before. Usually rent from uhaul. When I asked questions, he acted like I was an idiot. When I walked in, he just looked at me with flat, unfriendly, and unwelcoming face. Minus 1 star for the worker with him (unfriendly tone of voice over the phone), and she was not friendly and welcoming as well. Worst customer service dropping off rental I ever experienced. Not like enterprise, or uhaul
