- IJIndia Jackson4 days ago1.0I set a appointment for an alignment. Came at scheduled time. Got checked in. Set in the waiting area for 30 minutes for them to come tell me that they won't be able to get to my car today. Appointment was at 4. I explained that I drove a hour away. He just stood there saying nothing looking at me as if he wanted to say so. This is the 3rd bad experience I have had with NTB and all whats different locations. I will not recommend anyone to ANY NTB.

- NNNinaMar 5, 20265.0I had a flat tire and called around 7pm to see if they could fix it before they closed at 8:30pm and they squeezed me in. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Jorge at the front was very nice and respectful from the moment I walked in until leaving. They are priced reasonably and have great tires. Thank you all!
- SWSarah WiederMar 5, 20265.0So, I embarrassingly showed up with a flat tire today believing i had bought them here. Unfortunately, it was my other vehicle they had serviced. These great guys still took the tire off and found the leak for me even though I had to take it to another location for my warranty. Will definitely be back!
- WMWill MMar 4, 20261.0No trust in these people whatsoever. Advised I needed new rear brakes for over $600 and all I wanted was them to find a slow leak in my tire. Didn’t find the leak and I didn’t need brakes either. Head east on Hull to Courthouse rd and you will find a reputable auto repair shop.
