  I found a screw in my tire on Sunday morning as I was headed home from an out of town business trip and a very low tire. Eric Brown at Goodyear went above and beyond trying to find new tires that fit my car even calling competitors. He did not have to do that but this was excellent service with nothing to gain financially!

  I took my 2017 GMC Sierra Denali 1500 in to get four tires and then scheduled to get two tires on my 2003 Corolla.. A short time after I changed the brakes on my Corolla and has taken off the tire From one of the two tires I bought from Goodyear I noticed that they crossed threaded my lug nut, so the stud broke off when I was taking off the tire I called them. They fixed it. The manager was professional, but one of the employees walked out and gave me the dirtiest look you could imagine so now today I go out to change the ABS sensor on the opposite side, which is another one of the tires that they did and I had already taken the tire off and put it back on by hand, not using a power tool lug nut went on fine after taking it to them To fix the stud Now, all of a sudden, the other side is crossed threaded, they must’ve done it on purpose not to mention, they overfill your oil by entire quart I will never Do business with Goodyear again!!!and their prices are outrageous.. Jesus Christ, I’ve yet to checked to see if they crossed through at all my studs on my truck yet

  Came in late on a Saturday at 6:00 needed the tire for the sole reason I picked up a screw in the right side wall very accommodating Eric's amazing.

  Dropped a fleet vehicle off on Sunday afternoon for annual State Safety Inspection. I was told I was #3 for Monday. I called after lunch and they were not able to tell me when the car would be inspected and to call back after 4pm. This is a fleet vehicle used everyday for business use. The reason for leaving on Sunday was so the vehicle could be inspected in a timely manner. I was told that the two (2) inspectors were working on other things and they could not tell me when the car would be inspected. I had to get a ride their location in order to pick up the car (not inspected) so I could continue to work. Two Inspectors working and they couldn't get to car #3? They showed no concern that I needed to pick up the car before they could do their job. Horrible experience.

  The staff was friendly and allowed my dog and I to hang out in lobby with the rain coming down outside. Thank you. And love my new Wranglers!
