- MBMarshall BNov 3, 20251.0Dropped a fleet vehicle off on Sunday afternoon for annual State Safety Inspection. I was told I was #3 for Monday. I called after lunch and they were not able to tell me when the car would be inspected and to call back after 4pm. This is a fleet vehicle used everyday for business use. The reason for leaving on Sunday was so the vehicle could be inspected in a timely manner. I was told that the two (2) inspectors were working on other things and they could not tell me when the car would be inspected. I had to get a ride their location in order to pick up the car (not inspected) so I could continue to work. Two Inspectors working and they couldn't get to car #3? They showed no concern that I needed to pick up the car before they could do their job. Horrible experience.

Very quick turn around time, overall 5 stars and wouldn’t hesitate to bring my vehicle here again. They even cover your steering wheel and seat with plastic! (Nice touch.)
