And don’t ever try to make a complaint to any of the associates to the manager because he will smile in ur face and not do anything. The manager claimed I left their rental vehicle disgusting meanwhile I returned it in a decent condition. I’ve had several issues with this location and Barkley in particular but I’m glad I will never set foot there ever again. Do not rent from this location!

I’ve had several issues with him and his unwillingness to work with me even when enterprise allow certain exceptions he still makes it difficult to rent. Mind u I’m a military active duty personnel. He’s the reason I was unable to submit my orders as an address verification waiver causing me to miss work and having to go further out to another location where they accepted my orders. Just for that I do not recommend this location. Avoid them if u can.

The vehicle was clean, reliable, and exactly what I needed. It’s rare to have such a smooth rental experience—Enterprise definitely went above and beyond. Highly recommend!
