HOWEVER I reserved a mid-sized suv like a Rouge or Escape, I was disappointed they did not have what I ordered, instead they put me in a mini van which was a bit more expensive than my reserved vehicle. they didn't offer any discount or at least honor the reserved cost, I was in a position where I didnt have much of a choice but to go with it due to the time of day everything was closing. REGARDLESS the van drove nice & was clean. unfortunately it was more difficult for my mother to get into due to the distance for her to back her behind onto the seat, it was further than my escape. We managed very carefully.

- DWDeneva WoodsonJan 24, 20261.0I won’t give any stars but you can’t post unless you give a star, I came to Enterprise and made payments on the rental each week not being told that all my weekly payments would pend and not be taken each week, I started the rental process on 10/2025 until 1/2026 so all my payments were reversed and charged in one lump sum of $3015.00 there was nothing stating that my weekly payments would not o be taken out weekly. What a crooked thing to do to your patrons.
