Just an FYI for everybody I put another one-star review and these are honest reviews by the way come for somebody giving me the wrong part giving me a 6-cylinder part for a vehicle that never ever had a 6-cylinder even though I told him it was a 5.7. And 18° whether I'm changing the part to realize that I have the wrong one.. . isn't that cute. I know I should have looked silly of me to trust the auto parts people*** somehow it's made to where not all the bad reviews apparently get shown..interesting. Also I want to mention, since I'm frustrated with this particular chain and especially this location, I work on cars a lot, so I buy parts a lot. Much like my Plumbing work, sometimes one may buy extra stuff... just in case... well I've never had an issue returning anything at any of the other chain stores I'm talking about the green guys, the other red guys, and the blue and yellow guys.. I don't even want a return of cash or money back on my card! because it's not like I'm struggling and I need the money immediately, but just a store credit??. These guys at this location literally told me that without a receipt they CANNOT do anything for me. And I had a box full of extra parts probably about six extra parts for a total of less than $100. ( unopened packaging was in good shape not messed up) And granted, I couldn't find the receipt, but damn seriously, you couldn't give me a store credit?! Well yeah you could cuz here's the policy I should have posted this sooner but y'all just lied to my face that's all. And I read about their issues with theft and all that well guess what I'm not a thief! But I kind of feel like I got treated like one..! But they definitely lied to me here's their official policy

Typically a car battery will last 2-5 years, with premium batteries lasting 5-6 years. But you should replace it every 4 years for safe measures if you want to avoid any unwanted problems.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
