    Absolute nightmare at this location.. the manager sits and has his employees do his job watching customers being nice to employees and his staff is flat out RUDE.. the GM was supposedly one of the employees that day I was there and he was rude as well. It used to be hit or miss a good location to go to, not now. As previous customer I took my buying elsewhere.. the manager I’m referring to looks like the old JellyRoll like the singer when JellyRoll was heavy… you are not a managerial person at all. Company is going downhill with this locations staff…

    I bought a battery jumper that I never ended up using because my boyfriend had cables and jumped my car, and I took it to the dealership and traded it in. So I have this item, new, just with a damaged box because there’s no handle on it and the top part broke off, and I’m not allowed to get a refund, nor was it explained to me at checkout that this item was one that couldn’t be refunded at all, or especially if opened because it’s electronic. It’s not listed anywhere that I could see that said that, I was not told that at checkout. As an autistic man, I feel lots of times, people like to take advantage of myself and my money. And this is one of those times. Thanks a lot Advanced Auto. I’m going to O’Reily’s for lifetime now!

    I place an online order for 3 options for a headlight bulb for my Jeep as recommended by their website. I was a little confused how all 3 could fix my specific vehicle, so I ended up placing the order for all 3 just to be safe. When I go the order back, one of the items they gave me was incorrect from the order I placed (they gave me an h1 instead of an h11). I even double-checked my receipt to make sure I wasn't in the wrong. When I tried to return the 2 unused items, the front desk clerk told me they don't accept bulb returns, even if the box was unopened and the item unused. I didn't push it because I was a little taken aback and in a hurry; however, I went home to check their return policy on their website, which says that they DID actually accept returns for those items. So they lied to me. I had to go to a different location to make the returns, of which I had no issue. I don't like the thought of being stuck with items I can't use, especially when a store is at fault for giving me the wrong item. I previously got incredible and convenient service here, but I will drive to a farther location or alternate store before I use this store again.
