  Enterprise lied about wanting to discuss as always. They ignored the issues I identified the day of the rental for nearly a week and then proceeded to lie to me. Don't be fulled, when they claim to be "busy" the employees are goofing off in the store instead of doing their jobs.

  We had to have a sudden/unexpected rental. The process was easy, the staff at this location was very nice. They were very busy that day, but handled everyone well. We will use this rental again if needed.
