- NRNick RedfordNov 28, 20251.0Im not sure what's going on with this location but I've used this location for oil changes since it opened. Today I got there around 2:15p.m. I was 3rd in line with one car infront of me and one in the bay infront of that. All 3 bays were exactly the same, 3 bays, 3 cars, 3 deep. Around 2:45 a tech came and asked what I needed, scanned the vehicle and said "We are short staffed, so it'll be a little bit but we will get to you soon" I have heard this the last 3 or 4 visits and I'm only coming there every 5k miles. So I figured eh, what's another 30 mins or so, I've been short staffed before and know the feeling. Now in the past, I was there maximum of 15 mins "always less" from start to finish. When I finally got into the bay, A tech told me it'll be a little bit but we will be with you shortly. Around 4:00 p.m. I couldn't sit around and wait any longer, as my time and money are just as valuable as theirs. I asked Alice to please open the bay as I could no longer sit there and wait. I went up the road to a competitor oil change station for a full synthetic oil change and some air in my tires and was in and out in less than 10 mins with excellent customer service! No joke. Even got my windshield cleaned complimentary! All in I was there from 2:15p.m.-4:00p.m. 1 hour and 45 mins and got no oil change. There was a clear lack of urgency or drive to be in the workspace. That'll unfortunately will be my last visit to valvoline.
