    Very helpful In explaining all the services they were doing. They also talked to me about my brakes and explained what needed to be done. I will return in a few weeks to have the brakes replaced.

    Was denied service because I would not take the recommended oil for my car. However I’ve been coming to this location for a year and have always denied the recommended oil for my car and have not been denied once. Don’t try to con me out of money because you want to up sale. This has been reported to the owner of this location.

    I went in for an oil change. Everyone was friendly, but there was a person who indicated he was from Corporate and he was especially friendly. However, he took a quick look at my breaks form the outside (I.e., without removing any wheels) and started telling that I needed to change all my breaks immediately because it was metal on metal. He also proceeded to tell me that he’d give a discount of $100 if I replaced everything today, and it would “only cost ~$1000 to have all four replaced”. When I hesitated he said that I at least needed to change the front breaks today because they were worse than the rear breaks. I asked for a written printout of the diagnosis; this states that front and rear brakes are at 2/32 (although a measurement was not taken). Because of some hard sales tactics that were being used during the conversation, and some inconsistencies in the statements made, I decided not to do it, and took my car to a mechanic for a second opinion. The mechanic took the wheels off, and measured the break pads. Not only there’s no issue with “metal on metal”, but he showed me that the break pads measured at 6/32, not at 2/32 as I was told, and is written on the paper work I received from JiffyLube today. I’m extremely disappointed that the gentleman who identified himself as being from Corporate gave me false information on the the condition of my breaks and tried to use a safety concern as a scare tactic to get me to spend an extra $1000 today.

    The gentleman that greeted me and handled all of the client interaction was polite, friendly and a scam artist. I was in for a routine oil change and he came to the waiting area to show me “my” air filter that was in desperate need of replacing. It was almost black, full of dirt, debris, sticks, leaves etc. After declining the $49 air filter, I went across the street to Advance Auto where the filter was on sale and cost me a whopping $4.37, what a bargain!! I go home to change my filthy filter and lo and behold the one in my car was NOT the one he showed me and was barely dirty. Why cant people just be honest? I’m sure he thought I was a helpless female and would get a few extra bucks out of me - don’t fall for their tricks!!
