  Tom was absolutely amazing! He is the reason why we get all 4 of our cars serviced at this very location. We always feel welcome and his customer service is top notch!

  At Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers they always take good care of me and my vehicles! They are fast, knowledgeable and super nice all at a decent price! On my recent trip, they saw me struggling with a shopping cart and my groceries, and went out of their way to put it back for me! I wish I caught names to give a proper thank you, but I was a bit preoccupied ^.^' thanks guys, I really appreciate your help and will good sure be back. This is my favorite location for car care!

  I appreciate the service here. It really is extremely better than any other "express" oil change service out there. And Dusty was extremely professional and quick to address any questions or concerns. Will definitely be coming back for any service needs.

  Let me tell you a little story. I went in for my inspection and oil change, knowing my car was in good shape. However, I was surprised and disappointed to hear that apparently my rear brakes were “almost metal on metal.” Quite interesting since I was having no issues with them, they were making no noise, and I had them replaced AT THIS LOCATION one year prior. When I said this, the mechanic stated that I had only had my front brakes done. WRONG. He looked a little farther down on my customer history and saw that I was in fact correct. He didn’t see it at first. My extremely strong suspicion is that he saw I had my front brakes done a few months ago and then decided he could get some money out of me by saying I needed my rear brakes done. Needless to say I didn’t want THEM to do my brakes if this was going to be how long they lasted (and I also didn’t believe them!!) so I left, quite upset. Well guess what! Just a few days later my brakes started grinding. So not only do I suspect them of trying to scam me out of some money, I STRONGLY suspect they tampered with my brakes. I had been a customer here for YEARS and I am beyond furious. Do not trust these people for one second.

  Stumbled upon these guys on my way to my hotel. Dusty was super friendly (i observed all of them, and they were all very approachable and friendly). Dusty was also very efficient: he took care of my oil change quickly, worked collaboratively with his teammates, made suggestions for my vehicle, but did not try to pull anything over on me. he acknowledged my air filter was fine. (i replaced it myself 2 weeks prior). Bonus points for being honest! If my Express Lube place near me in Charlotte NC was this efficient and friendly, I’d go there all the time. Great experience!
