  We had to have a sudden/unexpected rental. The process was easy, the staff at this location was very nice. They were very busy that day, but handled everyone well. We will use this rental again if needed.

  I travel for work and have rented a car from this location almost once a month for the past year and a half so I have a lot of experience with them. The customer service here is fantastic, I’m always greeted with a smile and they always make sure I have everything I need. They give me a ride to and from my house each time as well which is really helpful! My only complaints are that I’ve gotten a couple cars that smell like smoke, but when I request a different car they happily offer me another one without smoke. They also don’t always have the car that I book. I’m generally upgraded to a nicer car, and I don’t mind, but I can see how it may be frustrating to book a specific car and then not get it. Overall this branch is great and I would definitely recommend them!
