- KPKathryn PonderOct 30, 20251.0Christian does not understand customer service and degrades customers while the facility’s systems weren’t tracking pre purchased products (couldn’t find the item and was not on stock contrary to me being notified item was in next day) and stating that he’s doing me a “favor” and going on and on w run off none sense about their system like I gave two cares. I came to return an item and cancel the pre purchased item. It wasn’t complicated. Or at least it shouldn’t have been. And what favor? If I needed that part that I previously paid for….he wouldn’t be able to supply it. When I stated that “this is not a favor”, he raised his voice at me and continued to speak in a belittling manner. Unacceptable. I didn’t ask for the details of the situation and to complete my return. Christian, store manager, was obviously frustrated w me and showed psychical tension. He wasn’t listening. He seems to have small man syndrome and can’t take ownership. In the end I got my returns and wanted to be out of there asap.

Despite the store being short-staffed, he replaced my battery with professionalism and efficiency. He even ran into something he wasn’t quite sure of and took the time to research it and do it right. His positive attitude never wavered, making the process smooth and stress-free. Christian’s dedication and great customer service truly stood out. Highly recommend! Bravo 👏🏻
