Even then, we continued to have issues. Dylan was very helpful when I called to address my concerns. Although, we were not impressed with the product- We were more than impressed with the customer service.

She was willing to stay and wait for me to arrive 5 mins before closing as I was in need of a new car battery after waiting to get a jump from my roadside assistance. Ella you are awesome!!!!

- ACAbigail CaseySep 12, 20251.0If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service was awful. I needed help determining which coolant I needed for my car. I know my car runs specifically Zerex but I wasn't sure which one. The guy gave me Universal Prestone 50/50 mix (which is the bright green) and I asked for zerex alternatives, knowing the color of my coolant is a red/orange color. He said "why did you even ask me for help then if you know what you need". I explained that I don't know what I need, I just know it's not green. He said "I don't know what to tell you, it's Propylene Glycol and water." and I said "I would figure it out" to which he replied in a very snarky manner "good luck with that". So I left the store. It's one thing to assume I don't know much about cars but it's another to be unnecessarily rude about it. For the record, I have a PhD in Chemical Engineering and green coolant is not propylene glycol, it's ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol, whereas the very red/orange coolant is 2-ethylhexanoic acid. These two are incompatible and cannot be mixed. Not only was he rude, he was incompetent.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
