  We recently needed new tires on our Genesis GV70 and called around to several places in the area. NTB offered very competitive prices and was able to get our car in the next day. They effectively communicated throughout the entire process and offered a great product. I highly recommend Mark and his team!

  Ran into a problem - wherein I managed to break my tire stem valve. Luckily NTB was open on a Sunday and I went there to get the valve replaced. I ran into Kenan who assisted me even though I did not have an appointment. He was friendly, courteous and polite. Got great service. The valve I required was not in stock, so they let me place the order online and replaced it once new stem valve arrived. Will certainly go to NTB - Tysons when I need to get any work done on my car tires. Excellent service

  The worst experience of my life!!!!! I went to the McLean location for convenience I was wrong!!! I needed new rear brakes and tires rotation. I made an appointment and my vehicle was parked for 1 hours and 25 minutes before they brought it in, I waited 2 and half hours and they tell me that they got the wrong parts. After 3 hours nothing was done.

  There were good things about spending $921.00 at NTB McLean, but unfortunately, there were more not so good things about the experience. The good: - I called the call center for NTB and they said they would match COSTCO pricing and even do just a little better (NTB 189.00 per tire and COSTCO at 196.00 per tire - After haggling a bit with the person at the front desk, NTB honored the pricing, but only after I presented notes and documentation - the NTB that is closest to my house, who I've given 5 stars to, did not have the tires in stock, but the McLean location had them - the tech did a good job mounting and balancing, all of the tires had the correct pressure and the lug nuts were torqued to spec correctly The not so good: - even though I told the person who wrote up my service ticket that I had 57xxx miles on my car, and even though he had the car in his possession, he wrote it up as having 68xxx miles, robbing me of over 25% of my warranty (I called them on it and they fixed it, and Michelin also agreed to the adjustment) - they wrote on the invoice that every tire had the same date code and upon checking the sidewalls, that was not correct - if I did not catch this and had a warranty issue with the date code that was not listed, I would have been DENIED warranty - the date code on my tires were '4024' and '4424', so the tires were manufactured in the 40th and 44th week of 2024 respectively, so they were already about 18 months old. Although Michelin states that tires, when properly stored, have a 3 year shelf life and still carry the new tire warranty after the 3 years (how do I know that these were stored properly?) - they called me and stated that "due to the age of my car, I should have a fuel system flush to improve gas mileage and maintain the motor".......hmmm. They know NOTHING about the history of my car, and why wouldn't they suggest something like an alignment????? I would have possibly agreed to that but do folks REALLY fall for the fuel flush suggestion?? - they had my car for 3 hours longer than the promised finish time - the person who charged me knew nothing about the warranty and how to register the tires, etc (basic stuff you should know) Do better NTB/Mavis. Do better. I will purchase and use the NTB in Reston for service but won't ever go back to McLean. There were too many red flags on this purchase, and my expectations were not unreasonable.

  Came here today because my TPMS signal is still on after putting air in my tires. Im not from the area so I wanted to stop in to see if I could get my tires looked at and complete any work that would need to be done on them before getting on the road to return home. Unfortunately they didnt have any availability for the rest of the afternoon but Keenan, the associate who was helping me, offered to put air in my tire for a little relief until I could make an appointment with a tire center at home. While filling the tire, he noticed my valve stem was broken and was able to squeezw me in to fix it anyway. I am so appreciative to him and the entire NTB team here. If in the area again I would definitely do business here and would recommend anyone to them. Thank you!!!!
