When we took it back, they argued that they needed to see the inside of the tire before they would order a replacement. Said it was some company policy. NEVER BUY TIRES FROM THIS STORE!

The mechanics were just as impressive—professional, efficient, and clearly skilled at what they do. If this same team is here, I will definitely be back every year for my service. They said it would take an hour and a half. I elected to wait in store. After 2 hours, they said 30 more minutes. Finally checked out at 11:30 am. It took 3.5 hours. Everyone was nice. They took $50 off the bill because it took so long. Final bill was $143.

Their website does not have any price chart for any service they offer. I assumed it would be fair price only. Big mistake. When I arrived they quoted me the price which is way higher than what dealership quoted me a day before. When I expressed my concern the service person agreed to match the price. I thought for a moment and agreed to go ahead. Then I asked whether you would provide before and after report? He said they can but but only the after picture and it will be blurry. The reason he said there is some issue in the machine. I immediately felt suspicious and left the place. What a waste of time!. I should have made a phone call before heading there. Later I visited their review page and after a close look and reading some reviews I feel the positive reviews given seems to be fake. It does not explain any detail what services have been performed and mostly reviews are one liner statement. Where as in negative reviews ( which I feel genuine) has the detailed description. So be mindful and cautious when going to this place. Good ratings does not always mean the same which I just experienced.
