Received email on Saturday that order was ready for pickup followed immediately by another email that my order had been picked up by Advance Auto. Apparently, someone else had ordered and picked up the same item and my order was noted as complete because it was the same item even though the order numbers were different. The kicker is that after calling the store, I was told that the item was no longer in stock and that I had to physically go to the store to obtain a refund for an item that I had not picked up. Worst online shopping experience ever.
