  Patronized today for a full synthetic oil change and the service was horrible. First they serviced my Honda Odyasey as my Honda Accord. Then he guessed on the miles for the sticker that I had to ask for. Then he gave me the sticker to put on the car. At checkout he raised the price of the service when I presented a coupon. Will not suggest using this business.

  Ive taken my vehicles here for years. I might have had a couple little problems, but usually they have taken care of it. On my last oil change I was sitting in my truck as they did the service. My truck started shaking violently and I could hear beating and banging under my truck. Apparently the last tech there had tightened the oil filter to a ridiculous point. Took about 15 minutes to remove it. Then when they show me the dipstick its kind of hard to see, but looked a little overfilled to me. Checked it when I got home. Sure enough it was overfilled. Which they do have a tendency to do at this place. Very bad for your engine. I contacted their support email. Never heard from them. Seems to have went downhill under the the ownership. Also they have started pushing add ons like air filters and such. When they checked the one in my wifes car last time they didnt connect the filter cover back correctly. They should leave things alone unless they are asked to check it. Or at least ask if you want it checked.

  Needed an oil change and went by when they first opened. I was there 10 mins before opening time. A very nice gentleman walked out and greeted me and offered a water bottle. They were very communicative and educational. I was in and out by 820 and there were two people before me. The customer service is beyond amazing! Their garage is very clean which speaks miles to their dedication to their pride in their business.

  So I took my mother's car there for an oil change after I left the car started over heating i pulled over and noticed the plastic ripple that connects the hose from the radiator to the water pump was cracked so after filling a complaint with them they claimed it wasn't there fault and refused to pay for damages to the vehicle funny thing i watched there tech put his hand in the very spot where it was cracked and then he looked back at me to see if I noticed this happened at the martinsville va location

  Been taking my car(s) here for several years now and I've finally found the one instance where I realize why my family warned against ever going in the first place. I've had mishaps in the past, but nothing this ridiculous. I went to get an oil change and had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes only to be told that they didn't have the type of oil my car uses, only something close to it. Furthermore, the man who unscrewed my oil cap forgot to screw it back on after explaining the oil type which resulted in a gas fume smell over the weekend that I didn't know the cause of, prompting me to have to take my car to a repair shop just to find out someone's negligence caused the scare. This situation could have been so much worse and this has taught me a valuable lesson in trusting "10 minute oil change" locations with my car's longevity. I will not be returning to this shop or any like it.
