They are very friendly and fun to deal with. The building itself is very well maintained and the interior is clean. The wacky waving inflatable tube man outside is always entertaining and eye-catching from the road. The *only* downside is that they do not have a shop dog. A nice furry friend to keep you company while waiting for your vehicle would be the perfect addition to this already wonderful business. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Mariano (sorry if I got this wrong!) and others at the front desk were patient and thorough answering my questions and helping me find solutions. This Dixon’s auto shop was able to present me with a price that beat out all of the other shops I had contacted. On top of that, they fit me into the schedule right away, and the wait was even shorter than I’d expected. Minutes after I checked my car in, Mariano updated me that the staff had inspected my car and confirmed that the repair another shop had told me I needed was indeed warranted. He explained to me in appropriate detail how they could tell it was needed. That was much appreciated. All around seemed like a kind, personable, and competent staff from my first experience at this Dixon’s location (I have also been to the Ashland location and had a good experience there as well).
