  The team at the Sudley Road valvoline is great! They are extremely professional and kind. I got services done on 4/11/2026; they explained thoroughly what they were doing on my car and consistently ensured I knew what to expect (time wise and as far as the service). Super great experience!

  When I drove to my nearest Valvoline for the first time, I was immediately tended to in a nice, respectful manner. I came in for an oil change and was walked through the entire process each step of the way. The service was done in a very timely manner, and I didn’t have to get out of my car!

  Davonte runs a tight but well organized ship at this location!! He’s present and make sure all of his techs are on point and knows exactly what they are doing!! There wasn’t a long wait at all and I was in and out within no time! He and his team were great professional and knowledgeable!! Highly recommend this location!!

  This shop just about ruined my daughter's car! She took it in to have a regular oil change done. Fifteen minutes later after driving away, her engine began to make a loud sound and her instrument dashboard lite up with all types of errors to include oil pressure failure. Since she drives a BMW, there is no way to check the oil level without starting the engine, there is no dipstick. Therefore, there was no way to tell how much oil was in the engine. I had to drive out to meet her and ended up adding an additional quart of oil. After carefully driving it back to this shop, I had them dump the oil and capture it so it can be measured. It only ready 5 quarts total.. that included the quart of oil that I had added, meaning there was only 4 quarts added to the car initially. This car takes 5.8 quarts. They replaced the oil, and although very apologetic, the car is still driving funny. It's making weird noises and shakes a lot when idling. This is not what I expected from a "professional" oil replacement service. Be ware!
