But I figured I'd give them a fair shot. I brought my car in for a four-wheel balance after having tires installed at Walmart. They claimed they balanced them, but I knew something was off the moment I hit the highway. There was a rough vibration that had never been there before. Not subtle either. After taking it to Mavis, the difference was night and day. The vibration is completely gone and the car runs smoother than it has in a while. They also did an alignment, and the steering is dead straight now. No pulling, no drift. Just a clean, confident ride. No complaints at all. The work was done right, the results speak for themselves, and they've officially earned another chance from someone who came in with low expectations. I'll be coming back going forward.
